Place and time of delivery
Orders for deliveries only within the territory of the Greek State are accepted. Orders of products appearing in the online store marked “Available” are executed and the products are delivered within two (2) working days in the areas of Attica – Thessaloniki and other land – based destinations, from the acceptance of each order by LashBoxLA Greece, within working hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. The delivery of products labeled “Available” in areas not belonging to the aforementioned areas (island destinations and inaccessible areas) occurs within five (5) working days. Exceptionally, when delivering products to remote or inaccessible areas (border or island regions), delivery can take place after this deadline, at the expense of our courier company (Geniki Taxydromiki).
Receipt from the store
This feature is available for pick-up on the same day (if available) and until the end of working hours. The customer will be able to go to the store to receive the goods sold at least two hours after submitting his order through the online store (for example, if the customer makes an order at 14:00, he will be able to pick it up from the store he has chosen at least after 16:00.)
If it is found that a user is abusively exercising the ability provided by LashBoxLa Greece (eg repeated ordering of items through the e-shop and not receiving them from the store, etc.), the latter may refuse and reject orders the aforementioned user has placed for pick up from store. If the customer does not arrive at the store for receipt of the goods sold (ie, receipt of the goods and payment of the price) within five (5) working days, then the order is automatically canceled. An extension of the deadline may only be made for reasons of force majeure, provided they are communicated within the time limit by the customer and confirmed in writing. In the case of cancellation, LashBoxLA Greece has no liability whatsoever for this reason.
Deliveries to Athens, Thessaloniki and other land destinations
The products and services delivered after the order are sent to the address and the recipient that the customer has declared when submitting his order, which has been accepted by LashBoxLA Greece. LashBoxLA Greece has entrusted all shipments of its products to a courier company (Geniki Taxydromiki and easy mail). For all orders of less than 199.99 euros, the customer will be charged € 4.00 including VAT, irrespective of their size. For all orders with a value of 200.00 euros or more, the shipment is sold free of charge to the customer.
Deliveries to island destinations
If the customer determines in the order to be delivered, place of delivery of island destinations and if the value of the order is less than 199,99 euros, there is a charge of transport of EUR 4,50 including VAT, irrespective of the of their size. For all orders with a value of 200.00 euros or more, the shipment is sold free of charge to the customer.
Deliveries to inaccessible areas
If the customer specifies in the order to be delivered, the place of delivery outside the areas not mentioned in the previous paragraph (ie excluding Thessaloniki, Athens, other land and insular destinations), and if the value of the order is less than the amount of 199.99 euros, there is a freight charge of EUR 6.00 including VAT, irrespective of their size. For all orders with a value of 200.00 euros or more, the shipment is sold free of charge to the customer.
