Place and time of delivery
Orders for the delivery of products are accepted only within the territorial boundaries of the Hellenic Republic. Orders for products displayed in the online store with the indication “Available” are executed and delivered within two (2) working days in the regions of Attica, Thessaloniki, and other mainland destinations, from the acceptance of each order by LashBox LA Greece, during business hours (09:00 – 15:00), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery of products marked “Available” to areas outside the aforementioned regions (island destinations and remote areas) is completed within five (5) working days. By exception, in cases of shipments to remote or hard-to-access areas (border regions or islands), delivery may take place after this timeframe, due to delays caused by our partner courier companies (Geniki Taxydromiki, ACS Courier, or Box Now).
In-Store Pickup (available only in Thessaloniki)
This option allows same-day pickup (provided the item is available) during store operating hours. The customer may collect their order at the store at least two (2) hours after submitting the order online (e.g., if the order is placed at 14:00, it may be collected at the selected store after 16:00).
If it is determined that a user abusively exercises this option (e.g., repeatedly placing online orders and failing to collect them in-store), LashBox LA Greece reserves the right to refuse and reject such orders for in-store pickup.
If the customer fails to collect the purchased goods (i.e., pickup and payment) within five (5) working days, the order is automatically canceled. An extension of this period may be granted only in cases of force majeure, provided that the customer notifies the company in a timely manner and submits written proof. In the event of cancellation, LashBox LA Greece bears no liability.
Deliveries in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Other Mainland Destinations
Products and services ordered are shipped to the address and recipient specified by the customer at the time of order placement, which has been accepted by LashBox LA Greece. All deliveries are handled by our partnered courier companies (ACS Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki, or ELTA Courier). For all orders valued under €199.99, the customer is charged a shipping fee of €4.00 (VAT included), regardless of size. For all orders valued at €200.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
Deliveries to island destinations
If the customer specifies delivery to island destinations and the order value is less than €199.99, shipping costs amount to €4.50 (VAT included), regardless of size. For all orders valued at €200.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
Deliveries to inaccessible areas
If the customer specifies delivery to remote areas not included in the aforementioned categories (i.e., outside the urban areas of Thessaloniki, Athens, mainland, and island destinations), and the order value is less than €199.99, shipping costs amount to €6.00 (VAT included), regardless of size. For all orders valued at €200.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
In this case, prior telephone communication with LashBox LA Greece is required.
Box Now (Locker Pickup)
The Box Now service allows you to conveniently collect your order from the nearest locker at any time that suits you, 24/7. Once your order arrives at the selected locker, you will receive an SMS with a unique PIN code for collection. The process is simple, secure, and environmentally friendly, as Box Now lockers operate on solar energy. For all orders valued under €199.99, the customer is charged a shipping fee of €3.00 (VAT included), regardless of size. For all orders valued at €200.00 or more, delivery is free of charge. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Box Now locker shipments.
