Return policy

You have the right to return your order, in whole or in part, without the need to justify the reason for returning it, within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, you are only responsible for the return shipping costs. If the reason for the return of the received products is due to our error (the company), we are obliged to cover the shipping costs of the products, but only if the return is made through our partnered courier company with which the order was originally shipped.

To proceed with a return, you are required to send an email to info@lashboxla.gr with your order details, or notify us through our social media accounts, providing all relevant information to identify you and your order. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, meaning: the product must not have been opened, the labels must not have been removed, and the product must not have been used.

Returning an order

In the event of a product return, regardless of the payment method you used for your order and regardless of how the product is sent back to us, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products.

If the return is due to a company error (wrong product shipment), LashBox LA is obliged to arrange courier collection of the product at no cost to the customer. If the return is not due to a company error, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return. LashBox LA receives returned products within 1–2 working days from the day you dispatch them, provided they are sent via our partnered courier company. If products are returned via Hellenic Post (ELTA), we cannot accept the return.

Once we receive the returned products, your request will be processed and you will be notified via email regarding the refund method. After the return has been approved by the company, the refund will be issued to the customer by bank transfer, based on the return form that must accompany the related order.

Replacing a product 

The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in the event that the product is deemed defective. If the customer wishes to exchange the product, they must follow one of the methods below:

  • Return the product to the company via courier and place a new order. In this case, the return cost is borne by the customer.

  • Exchange the product directly at the company’s store in Thessaloniki, at no extra cost.

If the return is due to an error by the company, the return cost will be covered by the company. After the product has been returned, the customer will be refunded in full by bank transfer, based on the return form that must accompany the returned goods.

Conditions of acceptance of return 

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition as received, accompanied by the retail receipt and all special product markings.

  • The return must be made within the strict period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Defective Product 

In addition to the rights mentioned above, in the case of a defective product or one lacking agreed qualities, the purchaser retains all rights under the applicable provisions and laws concerning sales contracts and consumer protection.

Note about Return Policy

All products returned to LashBox LA are subject to quality control.

Upon receiving an order, it is recommended to carefully check the condition of the product and its packaging to identify any potential defects. If a defect is found during the quality inspection of a returned product, the company is obliged to contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right to refuse replacement or return of the product.

If you wish to return purchased products, you must first contact a representative of our online store.

The right of return cannot be applied to products that have been unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, do not have their safety seal intact, or can be easily altered (e.g., adhesives, eyelashes, tweezers, etc.).
