Your online transactions are carried out in the secure environment of Worldline, in accordance with international security protocols. Our systems are protected by Firewall.

To safeguard your business and your customers, we apply:

  • The 3D Secure security protocol.

  • Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

  • The new EMV 3D Secure security protocol (enhanced 3D Secure).

Additionally, your customers’ personal information is protected with the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and transmitted encrypted at 256-bit using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the courier company – our official partner – upon delivery of your order at your premises. The Cash on Delivery payment method is available throughout Greece. If your order is placed by 15:00 and the products are immediately available, it will be dispatched on the same day, and delivery will take place within 1–2 working days.

According to applicable tax regulations, invoices exceeding €500 (including VAT) for individuals (Retail Receipt) and invoices exceeding €500 (excluding VAT) for professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) cannot be sent using the COD method.

The COD payment method has an additional fee of €2.00.

Bank Transfer / Deposit

According to applicable tax regulations, invoices exceeding €500 (including VAT) for individuals (Retail Receipt) and invoices exceeding €500 (excluding VAT) for professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be settled only through the following methods.

Please send us the payment confirmation via email at info@lashboxla.gr, stating your order number, to ensure fast and accurate identification. Once the payment confirmation is received and the amount is visible in our account, your order will be processed.

Payment by Debit / Credit Card

The LashBox LA Greece online store accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners, via the secure payment environment of Cardlink – Worldline. Your transactions in our online store are protected by advanced online security systems that guarantee a safe transaction environment.

For purchases with your credit card, please follow the instructions on our website. You will be asked to fill in the order form with the card number, expiration date, and the three-digit CVV code found on the back of your card.

When choosing to pay by credit card, you must be present upon delivery of your order with your credit card and identification. In this case (i.e., payment by credit card), third parties are not allowed to collect the order using your card.

If the order is issued in the name and on behalf of a company, the credit card used must be a corporate card, issued in the company’s name. The cardholder must also be present upon delivery, with both the corporate credit card and identification.

Payment via Apple Pay – Google Pay
