Secure Transactions

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Payment upon receipt of your order

Payment is done to our partner (Geniki Taxydromiki), by delivering your order to your place. Cash on Demand payment method applies throughout Greece. If your order is registered until 15:00 and the products are readily available, then your order will be shipped for delivery on the same day and will be delivered to your premises within 1-2 business days.
According to the applicable tax provisions, documents worth more than € 500 (VAT included) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth over € 500 (before VAT) to professionals / businesses (Sales Invoice) they cannot be shipped by cash on delivery method.

Payment by bank transfer / deposit

According to the applicable tax provisions, documents worth more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than €500 (before VAT) to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should ONLY be paid with the following ways.

and send us a copy of the bank payment order by fax to  or by mail to info@lashboxla.gr, by stating your order number so that identification can be made easily and quickly. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we initiate your order.

Payment with Credit Card

The online store of LashBox LA Greece accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards, via the secure payment environment of Alpha Bank. Your transactions in our online store are protected by superior online security systems (SSL-256 bit and digital certification from Verisign, Inc.) that guarantee a secure trading environment for most of the 500 largest businesses in the world. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in the order form and the number and expiration date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) on the back of your credit card. In case you choose to pay by credit card you should be present when you receive your order with your credit card and your identity. In this case (payment by credit card), it is not possible to receive the order from a third person who displays the credit card and wishes to pay with it for you. In case the order is made in the data and on behalf of a company then the credit card you use is corporate. That is, it has been issued to the relevant company. Upon receipt of the order, the corporate credit card holder must also be located with his card and identity card.

n such an order, if accepted by the company and payment is made by credit card or loan financing, LashBoxLA Greece is entitled to expedite the collection even before the first receipt of items of the pre-order are received. LashBoxLA Greece is required to provide a reasonable stock of products to meet the pre-orders. For these items, orders will be prioritized by time submitted. 

Pay with Klarna

Pay with VivaPayments

By selecting VivaPayments as a form of payment, you automatically transfer to the VivaPayments page for the transaction and payment of the order. VivaPayments is the best-known, secure and reliable mediator for Online Transactions in Greece. You do not need to be a registered VivaPayements user. You can make purchases using your debit or credit card or your bank account.

By choosing PayPal as a form of payment, you automatically transfer to the PayPal page to complete the transaction and repay the order. PayPal is the best-known, secure and trusted mediator for Online Transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up here by using your debit or credit card or your bank account.
