Available methods of ordering

You can order our products in the following ways:

  • By email at sales@lashboxla.gr
  • By Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • By phone: You can place your order by phone at +30 2316 014 254 each day (10:00 – 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 – 14:00).

If you do not wish to order in one of the above ways, you can come and place your order personally or pick up a product of your choice from the store located in Eptalofou 53, 544 54 , Kato Touba, Thessaloniki.

Product availability

The customer is informed about the availability of the products through similar wordings posted on the page of any kind in the online store. In particular, products are labeled as available (labeled “Available“) and others that are not available in the LashBoxLA Greece warehouse (labeled “Expected soon” and “On request“). LashBoxLA Greece reserves the right to inform customers in the event of unauthorized (after the customer’s order is placed) unavailability of any kind for the possible delivery time. In this case, if it is considered that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the client, the customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written statement (by e-mail) which is forbidden to the customer.
