  • By phone: You can place your order by phone at +30 2316 014 254 each day (10:00 – 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 – 14:00) or +30 210 90 15 677.

If you do not wish to order in one of the above ways, you can come and place your order personally or pick up a product of your choice from the store located in Eptalofou 53, 544 54 , Kato Toumba, Thessaloniki or from our ShowRoom in Athens, Ilia Iliou 48, 117 43, Neos Kosmos (for your best service and due to the protection measures against Covid-19, for your presence it is mandatory to make an appointment).

Product availability 

The customer is informed about the availability of the products through similar wordings posted on the page of any kind in the online store. In particular, products are labeled as available (labeled “Available“) and others that are not available in the LashBoxLA Greece warehouse (labeled “Expected soon” and “On request“). LashBoxLA Greece reserves the right to inform customers in the event of unauthorized (after the customer’s order is placed) unavailability of any kind for the possible delivery time. In this case, if it is considered that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the client, the customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written statement (by e-mail) which is forbidden to the customer.

If the non-availability concerns only part of the ordered items of an order, the remainder of the order is normally executed unless the items in the order are relevant, will be used as a whole and are incidental to each other and the customer declares that partial fulfillment of the order does not meet its needs or interests, so LashBoxLA Greece has to cancel the entire order.

Also, the various product offers that appear at the online store (with the words “Flier Offer“, “Offer“, “Web Offer“, “Discount” or similar expressions) always apply until stocks run out. Prices and products bearing Flier Marking, Offer Mark or Limited Time Offer apply until stocks run out and the customer can purchase a single item. For these items, orders are prioritized by time of order.

Order Submission

Confirm receipt of order

Every order submitted by the customer is always followed by an automated email within a few hours on behalf of LashBoxLA Greece, which includes confirmation of receipt of the order and resumes its contents. This electronic mail on the part of the company is only a confirmation that the order has been received and in no case constitutes acceptance of the order or conclusion of terms of sale.
