How do I order from e-shop?

After completing your registration, you can take a walk in the categories and subcategories with the products. Once you… polish something, just click on it with your mouse, read all the relevant information and chose the icon to add it to your cart. Then just follow the steps to submit your order, noting your details and of course the address you would like to receive your product (you or some other person if you want to give it to someone else) unless you want to visit our store to receive it, so you need to clarify so when submitting your order (That’s also possible!).

How can I pay for my online purchases?

It is very easy and you have many choices! You can choose one of the following trading methods:

  • Payment by Cash on Delivery
  • Payment via VivaPayments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Direct Banking (Eurobank)

How do I know if my order was registered?

Do not worry at all! When you complete your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you that we have received your order and that we have registered it. This is enough to know that you followed the steps correctly and that in a few days the items you have chosen will be near you.

Can I make my order by phone?

Of course. You can also place your order by calling +30 2316 014 254. Our call center is open daily from 9:00 to 17:00 and from 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays.

Can I change my order?

If you have completed your order, you can not add another product. You should either place an order again and mark in the Comments field to join your previous order or call +30 2316 014 254. You can fill in items in your order within 1 hour of making it.

Can I cancel my order?

LashBoxLA Greece allows you to cancel your order if the situation allows. This means that the average time to cancel your order is around 1 hour, that is before it is processed. If you wish to cancel your order please send an e-mail to sales@lashboxla.gr or call us at +30 2316 014 254.

I have a promotional or discount code, howa can I use it for an online purchase?

When you arrive at your order summary, click on “Enter the coupon”, enter the code given to you and click on the coupon button. It will automatically deduct it from the total amount you have to pay.

Is there a chance to be informed about LashBoxLA's new products and offers?

Of course there is! All you need to do is subscribe to our newsletter. So, you will be informed about everything you need to know about both offers and new products.

Can my subscription to the newsletter be canceled?

At any time! In every e-mail you receive from the e-shop, there is a link that leads to the immediate cancellation of your subscription to the newsletter. Really, though, why would you want to do that? Maybe you should think about it again? Wouldn’t you miss the chance to be informed about our new products and offers I have for you?
